We replaced our old dingy fan with this one. It is SO cute, modern, and efficient! It fans the air so much better than the other one and it is super quiet. The bulb gives off a soft warm glow. Love the remote too! No dangling chains. Really made the room nicer.Installation took a while but it wasn’t horrible. Just a lot of parts. All in all, very happy with this purchase.It got 4 stars because it’s cute. We have bought multiple fans by different brands for our new home. This fan was by far the most difficult to install for some reason.The overall fan design is great and is easy to install. The seller was great too as the fan arrived ahead of schedule, even given the COVID impacts, which was impressive.A couple notes to be aware of: Since the listing describes the wire cage around the light as brass, I was expecting it to be brass in color - it is not. It is copper in color. So keep that in mind. I would also expect a fan of this style (black, modern, etc..) to have a coordinating remote color - it does not. The remote included is off-white. Come on Hunter - you're being lazy. Would have received 5 stars if it wasn't for that.The fan looks great in my new sunroom and the only issue is that the light goes off and on at times. We tested the bulb in another fixture and it is fine, and we had the fan installed by a professional electrician. I would appreciate help with this issueFan is nice, works great, very quiet motor. Our only complaint was the cage piece looks brass in the pictures but it looks more rose gold when it arrived. We spray painted it matte black before installation and it looks much better.Pros1. Looks modern and unique2. Easy to install3. Light is warm and not too bright which is good for my bedroom use4. Remote is handy.Cons1. Fan works well at 3 settings but 2 and 1 do not have much difference2. It works for a 200sqft room beyond that it feels insufficientI suppose I didn't learn my lesson from the last Hunter fan I bought. The installation process is less than fun. For reasons unclear to me, they have the receiver for the remote external to the body of the fan. When you wire the fan, you have to wire the fan to the receiver, then the receiver to the ceiling. The fan also does not appear to be well balanced, since it wobbles at higher speeds, despite the previous fan (same place, same mounting) not having this problem. I've also tried several light bulbs in this fan and, despite multiple configurations, I'm unable to produce more than dim, ambient light with both of my Hunter fans. I have a Harbor Breeze fan that was around the same price and does not have any of these issues.Seems well built but I had to return it. The light is very dim. My cell phone literally gives off more light. When I tried to add a brighter bulb, the light would flicker due to the voltage governor that is built into the remote receiver. This governor is included to prevent people from using too high of a wattage bulb. Other than that, the fan is well built and very quiet!Compré dos de estos, son hermosos.
