Very elegant et efficient kitchen fan.Fan/light looks and works great after install. This is one of 5 different fan/lights that I just installed at this location, and it was actually the hardest to install. That said, I would buy it again since it has the clean modern look I wanted for the small dining area. Install was an hour well spent.Fan and light are of good quality. Fan is very quiet and looks good. We installed it in the kitchen with the black blades down and it matches our black appliances perfectly. It was difficult to attach the light box to the fan. The attachment screw holes are small and obscured by the wiring coming out of the light box. After struggling for over an hour we finally got it - though must admit we are amateurs.Great little fan. we were looking for something small for one of our tiny bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. It’s refurbished but it’s been working great. Installation was not as easy as other Hunter ceiling fans but it’s not bad if you have the right tools. Can’t beat the price. I would definitely buy another one!Small room ceiling fans are not plentiful on the market and generally speaking, less expensive ceiling fan styles are either quite modern or very old fashioned and ugly. We live in an older building, so wanted to strike a transitional style tone and I found this little Hunter fan to be the least obtrusive/least offensive style across many websites. I wish the dome was a little smaller and more rounded and I was also dubious about the LED, but the light is not too garish. I prefer lamp light and will mostly use this for the fan--which kicks it, by the way! It was easy for the electrician to install and does not wobble. I do find it a little odd that manipulating the strings does tilt the whole fan a bit, but the rod and base seem steady. It's just something to get used to, I think/hope. We chose to install it closer to ceiling, again, to make it as minimized as possible. As you can see from pics, our bedroom is the middle smallest room in our "railroad" apartment and it helps with circulation in this middle space. We also chose to use the maple side vs. black side of blades and the color is quite neutral!This fan is so beautiful, low profile, quiet and even has the pulls with pictures for fan and light. We love it so much I will reorder this over and over...but it was a beast to install. I don't know how future owners of this home could ever get this out without the manual and even then...good luck.But it is AMAZING otherwise and I really do recommend it.I may have given 5 stars but the review request asked me about a remote. There was no remote that came with mine. I have this in my daughters room. It gives off decent light and seems to be very quiet. It was slightly challenging to install but nothing that didn’t take time and patience. I have only had this installed for a day, so I will update if anything changes. So far so good. We really enjoy it.
