So this was a gift for my stepmother who is going through “the change”. She gets hot flashes, so I figured a fan like this might help! So far, she seems happy. It seems easy to charge via USB.This item is easy to use, has a long lasting battery, and keeps you cool on the hottest day in the summer. I used it at a county fair while selling in my booth. It allowed me to move about and stay cool without being stuck in front of a stationary fan. The three speeds allow for flexible cooling. There is a bit of wind sound around your ears but I would take that any day over sweat running down my face. I own three, to rotate from a charging station. My events are 10 hours long. Very useful and does what it says it does, a cooling breeze.Love this fan. Haven’t used it much but it’s a bit heavier around the neck than I thought but it works well on those steamy days outside or inside. Battery life is good especially when not using.So I was going to write like a 3/4. But the seller messaged me, without me even having to message them about this product. I did receive it with a little defect as well as a chip. The chip wasn’t a big deal, it was still usable. But I explained to the seller wht was wrong and the seller immediately said they would send us a new one. I know they didn’t have to, but customer service is amazing! I can’t wait to get the new one. Definitely would recommend to all my friendsThis fan has gone to Halloween Horror Nights, Disney and countless soccer games, and it’s a life saver. It’s hands free and the battery life is great. I have yet to have it die out on me during use. I will not do any outdoor activities without this fan ever again.My hot flashes are no longer as intense or long as they used to be (I'm one of those truly fortunate women who'll have hot flashes for the rest of my life ?) and if I cool off my head and neck that's usually all I need. This works fine for me. I usually have to adjust it a couple times during the cooling process to get my whole head. The on/off/speed button is not the easiest to find; I ended up coloring it with a marker and that helps somewhat. So it doesn't get 5 stars, but it works pretty well for my needs.I purchased this personal fan to use on vacations in the hotter climates. I like the material that the fan is made out of, it seems to be really comfortable. As a person who sweats a lot, the material used looks like it will be able to handle it. The fan has three speeds. It has a sleek design and is easy to use. I was also impressed that the seller reached out to ensure that the product met my standards. I have not fully used it but I think I will enjoy it.Performs well, comfortable.
