So we’ve purchased and installed 2 of these fans. They are absolutely gorgeous and have super neat functions such as the multi color lights and bluetooth speaker BUT they are an absolute pain to install . It took my husband 5 hours to figure out and install the first fan . The directions included are very generic and do not give a step by step guide or pictures to help install so it was a lot of guess work and youtube videos of similar fan installation to get it done . My thought was the second one would be easier but actually that’s not the case . The second fan was a somewhat different model even though we purchased the same listing . After messing with it for hours and not being able to figure out how to connect the crystals to the metal part of the fan , we were ready to return it . But I emailed the manufacturer and they sent a picture of the parts and method to attach the crystal and metal frame and a couple of hours later , it was installed . My question is why did they not just include this with the fan to begin with? It could have saved us hours of frustration .The other issue we had with the first fan is the pink blue and purple lights stopped working after 2 weeks . I emailed the manufacturer and they sent out a replacement part which fixed it for about 1 week . Now those colors work sometimes but not other times .Also sometimes the bluetooth is hard to connect on both fans . You need to connect to bluetooth to use the color lights and for the speaker . You can control the fan and regular light with the remote control. Over all it’s a very neat fan . Better install directions and easier app connection would make it 5 stars.The seller does have good customer service and responds quickly but I’m not sure why they wait for people to reach out with issues instead of providing proper install directions to begin with .Nice looking. However, color lights don’t work. It came on accidentally once. I cannot get them to come on. Very difficult to operate the color lamp.This is the biggest pile of garbage I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. I feel robbed. The instructions were TERRIBLE, pieces arrived broken, the speaker arrived blown and unusable, Bluetooth is spotty at best, and the light and fan randomly turn off and on like something out of a horror movie. Most of the cheap, plastic remote buttons do NOTHING. The only way to change colors on the lamp is to connect through Bluetooth which, again, works 20% of the time. The remote cannot perform this function. The fan turns off and on, sometimes, if you’re lucky.BUYER BEWARE!!
