Nice looking unit but the install instruction are on one small sheet with very fine print. Fortunately I had experience in installing fans. The electric connections are hard to understand. This would be hard for someone with no experience. It would be nice to be able to dim. Three different light settings and no way to keep the one you like the most. You have to keep changing each time you turn it on until you get the one you like.This chandelier fan is very pretty installed and looks great with my decorum. Customer service was amazing, had an issue with one of the parts I received which was defective and the company replaced it, shipped it and I received it quickly! The install isn’t that easy, just remain focused and patient & you will get it. Overall...I’m delighted with my purchase.I got this twice, the first one did not work. They sent a replacement and the fan and light works. I can't control the fan speed at all. Disappointed with the operation. It is beautiful.Love the look of this gorgeous fan light.
