This is a great case/heatsink. This comes with two pieces of solid milled aluminum one for the top and one for the bottom on each it ias milled in heatsink vanes. The bottom half only contacts the RPi 4 board at the four mounting holes. The top half has deeper cooling vanes then the bottom half. There is a slot in the top for a camera ribbon cable to go through. Underneath this top half are three feet that contact three chips on the top of the Raspberry Pi for cooling them. This case includes three patches of cooling material that goes between these feet and the chips.. once put together with he included screws these halves form a very rugged case for your Raspberry Pi. The most secure case I have worked with.As for working as a heatsink I would say it is fantastic. I have had three YouTube videos running and checked the cpu and video core They both stayed under 80C. The case gets kind of warm but really it is comfortable to hold. From now on I will buy one of these cases for each Raspberry Pi I use.
